New Entrants Parents Information

We would like to extend our warmest welcome to the children and families who will be joining St John Fisher in August/September 2020. We have added this New Entrants section on to the website where we will add important information for parents. Given the unusual situation we all find ourselves in at the moment, it is likely that induction for new families will be different this year - we will share our plans for this in the near future.

If you have any concerns about your child's additional needs and would like to speak to someone before induction arrangements are in place, please email our office, office@stjohnfisher-wigston.leics.sch.uk or SENCO, Philip Saxton at psaxton@aquinas-cmat.org to arrange a telephone call.

Thank you.

What and how will your child learn?

How you can help prepare your child for school through missed home learning opportunities.

Some of the children may have missed a lot of pre-school or not attended one at all. The government have launched a website called Hungry Little Minds. There are lots of practical suggestions for children between the ages of birth and five to do at home.
